Horrible experience

The front desk woman at the quality inn in Taos NM was extreamly rude and unhelpful. They dont care about their customers.when I asked for the manager I was told there was no manager there at the time. Will never go there again

Warm and Cosy

First pleasant impression is the  large and  cosy lobby.  The fireplace exudes a homely feeling. Our requirements for comfort, location (town and eateries next door), parking,  good  breakfast are met, so there is nothing lacking for us. Submitted by:See Toh Chue Peng/Jeremy Savill

Easy check in and good breakfast, Clean rooms

Staff was great and took good care of us and got us a room on the first floor. The hotel is close enough to Taos Ski Valley to get to there in 30 minutes and this hotel is a whole lot cheaper than booking a room at the ski area. The free breakfast saved us money and it was good hot food.

Great stay

Enjoyed this place Rianna was excellent and gave us great help and customer service. Betty’s breakfast was great especially the eggs / much better than other hotel breakfasts. Would recommend to others.

Nice place

This is a great place to stay. Warm and comfortable. The staff is friendly and gives great advice about Taos. Unfortunately the wireless network is the worst I have experienced lately. It was virtually unusable in the room
